Media relations, writing and strategic public relations.      

What do you love most about S&A?
The sky seems to be the limit – any idea can come to fruition with this team behind it.  There is great creative energy here.

‘Can do!’

Who is your most admired leader and why?
My dad made a very successful life for himself and our family on a chance he took in a new business venture when he was 22 years old.  He instilled the entrepreneurial spirit in me at a very young age.   

What is the company you most admire and why?
Any small business making it in today’s rough economy.

How do you define success?
Happiness and contentment  

What is your general philosophy on life and work?
Having a healthy balance in your work and personal life is probably the most important thing to me; they both must consist of things you genuinely love.

What are your favorite sports or recreational activities?
Road trips, lying in the sun and swimming at Lake Michigan, tennis, skiing and having fun with friends and family.  

What is your favorite movie?
Office Space, Beetlejuice, any scary movie. 

What is your favorite food?
Pesto Rotini con Pollo at Bistro Bella Vita – or ANY greasy spoon breakfast!

What is your greatest vice?
Caffeine, coffee, espresso – you name it.

What is an interesting “factoid” about yourself?
When I was 2 years old and at my brother’s baptism, I yelled out to the priest, “Dunk him!”  My brother and I get along just great these days.
