Research is generally the first step in the development of a public relations plan, and S&A has a strong complement of former journalists and legislative staffers who are skilled at mining information from various sources or conducting original research to address pertinent questions.  S&A staff has conducted original research as varied as a perception study of a corporation’s staff to surveys of publics such government officials, regulators and legislators.  Our firm also has close relationships with research firms that specialize in developing statistically significant surveys to add academic weight to communication messages.
