What do you see as your primary area of expertise?
People. Situations may change, but the knowledge of people always leads to successful campaigns and successful days - both professionally and personally.

What do you love most about SeyferthPR (two sentences or less)?
The diverse group of people with numerous different skill sets. You simply can’t go through an entire day at SeyferthPR without learning something.

What is the expression you use most often at work?
"Let me know if there is anything else I can do."

Who is your most admired leader and why?
William Sederburg. The former president of Ferris State University, Sederburg hasn’t fought change but instead fought for change. His influence stimulated the growth of Ferris. Anyone can turn lemons into lemonade - but in revitalizing Ferris, Sederburg took on a challenge many would have backed away from.

What is the company you most admire and why?
Nike. How could you not admire the success of a company started with a creative idea and a waffle iron? Determination to do something different, to look at things from a different angle has led Nike to the top of its industry.

How do you define success?
I define success as that feeling you have after you know a job has been well done, that time when you can just sit back and reflect on the situation and the goals you have accomplished.

What is your general philosophy on life and work?
Give it your all or don’t do it at all.

What are your favorite sports or recreational activities?
Basketball, football and disc golf.

What is your favorite movie?
Shawshank Redemption.

What is your favorite food?
My mom’s enchiladas.

What is your greatest vice?
Sports television…I can’t get enough of it.

What is an interesting “factoid” about yourself?
At the age of six, I starred in my one-and-only television commercial.
