What do you see as your primary area of expertise?
Adapting quickly to new situations.  Circumstances and situations change continuously and being able to go with the flow while being innovative is an essential quality.

The fast-paced environment; there is never a dull moment.

What is the expression you use most often at work?
I can figure it out!

Who is your most admired leader and why?
Franklin Roosevelt.  He was so creative, fresh in his approaches and never gave up.

What is the company you most admire and why?
Freeset Bags.  It provides women living in North Calcutta with the opportunity for freedom from degradation and prostitution through making and selling handmade bags. 

How do you define success?
Being content and dignified in every situation, especially if it is stressful and unpleasant. 

What is your general philosophy on life and work?
Find a balance every day.

What are your favorite sports or recreational activities?
I love making people laugh, cooking, painting and watching hockey.

What is your favorite movie?
Fight Club.

What is your favorite food?
Sushi

What is your greatest vice?
TV on DVD, coffee and sleep.

What is an interesting “factoid” about yourself?
I had a second set of baby teeth (just the two front teeth).  My mom freaked out when I lost the second set because she thought they were my permanent teeth, but rest assured, the third set is sticking around!
